opportunities for fitness and spiritual renewal
on campus:
Yoga and Tai Chi
classes - Starting September 18,
2007!
Yoga: Every Tuesday and Thursday
from 12:00 - 1:00 in the Marshall Room.
Tai Chi: Every Tuesday from 5:00
- 6:00 p.m. in the Century Room.
Yoga and Tai Chi will not be offered during
school breaks and finals week.

is a fun, team-based, health and fitness challenge
designed to jump start healthy habits that will
help adults feel better, look better and live
longer, healthier lives.
Augsburg had 10 teams, representing
at least 100 employees in 2007!
