Augsburg College Faculty/Staff Basketball is intended to provide the faculty and staff of Augsburg College a convenient and reliable place to engage in vigorous exercise and positive fellowship. It is open to all faculty, staff, and their guests--men and women, experts and novices. Students may also play on a "space available" basis.Teams are chosen on a first-come, first-served basis, so it is important to show up promptly. Generally, only one court is reserved exclusively for basketball, however on occasion when additional courts are available, a second court may also be used.
Mutual respect and fair play are mandatory. Please be aware of the Lifetime Sports classes which share the gym--stay out of their way and remain courteous at all times. Rowdy behavior and rough language hurt the game and disturb the classes.
