Holley's BA is in Spanish with a minor in psychology from the University of North Dakota with international study in Costa Rica. Her graduate studies were at the University of Minnesota in educational policy and administration, and she most recently worked in the academic advising center for the Department of Design, Housing, and Apparel at the University of Minnesota's College of Human Ecology.
