If it is after the Tech Desk is closed or if you cannot reach your LFC you should use this form to report a major system issue. During regular open hours students should contact the Tech Desk and faculty and staff should contact their LFC.

Please describe the issue you are observing. The more details you can provide -- for example, specific wording of error messages -- the faster we will be able to diagnose the root of the problem.

For example, webmail is not responding or moodle is showing "failed"

Questions about AugNet account passwords should be directed to the Tech Desk (for students) or to LFCs (for faculty and staff).

All issues reported here will be responded to in the order of their impact on campus services. Any non-major system issue reported here will be responded to when we are next open.
