Web Time Entry
Web Time Entry is being introduced to help reduce paper usage, eliminate a very manual process, and support more accurate recording of hours worked.
Student Employees
Student Employees will begin entering their time in the new Web Time Entry system on December 27. Student Employees will be paid on a bi-weekly schedule from that point forward.
- Students will be paid for their worked hours from 12/1 thru 12/26 on 12/31/2009. Paper timesheets from 12/1 – 12/26 are due in HR on 12/28. Watch A-Mail for more details.
- The first pay period on the web time entry will be 12/27/09 – 1/9/10. Pay periods will run for 2 weeks, ending every other Saturday.
- The first payday will be on Friday, January 15, 2010. Subsequent paydays will be every other Friday from that point.
